User Accounts and Responsibilities
Standard Members may browse, clip, and redeem coupons from participating businesses. Premium Members may promote their businesses, manage coupons, and have access to additional business tools. Business Accounts can create and distribute coupons, track customer interactions, and process payments. Account Managers are independent consultants who assist businesses in setting up and managing their CouponFlux profiles. Managers earn commission based on the sales generated by their client businesses. All users must maintain the security of their accounts. CouponFlux employs strong encryption protocols, password security, and secure connections to protect user data. Users are responsible for reporting any suspicious activity or unauthorized account access to security@couponflux.com.

Registration and Membership
All users begin as standard members. The registration process involves a three-step verification for security:

Initial registration screen collects basic information (first and last name, email, CAPTCHA). Email verification screen confirms user identity. Final screen requests additional information (mobile phone, birthdate, address details, and password creation) and displays a recovery mnemonic for secure account access. Membership upgrades to premium can be made only after initial login, where additional features and business tools are available.
